Back by popular demand! Stress isn’t good for you emotionally or physically. Learning how to not "react" to others is a key component to stress reduction. At this program, you will learn: what your stressors are, how to respond to others’ stress and emotions, conflict management skills and how to best communicate in stressful situations.

Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) occurs when plaque builds up in the arteries that carry blood to your head, organs, and limbs. Blocked blood flow to your legs can cause numbness, or pain when walking, and can increase your risk of heart attack and stroke. Join Dr. Kettelkamp of Cardiologists, L.C. to learn about signs and symptoms, and what you can do to lower your risk of developing PAD.

Whether you follow a healthy diet, or eat a little too much junk food, we all have occasional (and sometimes chronic!) digestive disorders. Attend to learn about causes and treatments for common digestive symptoms like diarrhea, constipation, gas and nausea. We’ll also cover the pros & cons of probiotics.  Finally, we’ll review risk factors and ways you can decrease your risk of colorectal cancer.

Memory Loss, Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease

This informational workshop is geared towards those who would like to know more about Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Attendees will learn about: symptoms of Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia, how Alzheimer's affects the brain, causes and risk factors, the benefits of early detection, how to address a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, stages of the disease and treatment.
