Compliance
What is Compliance?
Compliance is a key watchword for any individual or organization submitting claims for reimbursement to Medicare, Medicaid and other government healthcare programs.
St. Luke's Hospital and Iowa Health System are committed to ensuring that appropriate policies and procedures are in place to encourage compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations.
Our Mission
It is the mission of St Luke's Hospital to give the healthcare we'd like our loved ones to receive. In working to achieve this mission, we value integrity and a commitment to the highest ethical standards.
Iowa Health System has established a Corporate Compliance Program, which is founded on our Code of Conduct. This purpose of this program is to educate Officers, Directors, Employees and Agents of Iowa Health System about the laws, regulations and standards governing the delivery of high quality health care services.
