
St. Luke's is serious about recruiting outstanding RNs. That's why we have established a program which provides loan repayment in exchange for a work commitment.
Students completing their senior year of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN or diploma) with existing educational loans who are offered and accept an approved full- or part-time RN position at St. Luke's Hospital within twelve (12) months of receiving their license.
Those who commit to work at St. Luke's Hospital as an RN for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
Participants in the program who commit to one year of full-time employment at St. Luke's Hospital may receive up to $2,000. Loan repayment amounts grow in relation to the number of years an RN commits to FT employment at St. Luke's up to a total of $10,000.
Participants employed part-time are eligible for a prorated amount based on the percentage of a full-time FTE they are hired for.
