Requirements:

  • Mail an official transcript to St. Luke's Human Resources
  • Fax or mail completed Faculty Recommendation form to Human Resources (see step 1 supplemental form below)
  • Complete essay question (see step 2 below)
  • Complete the online application and submit it for the RN internship position online application
