If you need help getting to your hospital destination, our guest relations staff can personally escort you. Escorts are available at the check-in near the west lobby. Also feel free to ask St. Luke's associate for help in finding your way. Information desks are located in the West Entrance lobby and the A Avenue lobby.

Here are some of the amenities we’re proud to offer our patients and their families:
St. Luke's offers activity carts stocked with crayons, coloring books, playing cards, Gameboys, personal DVD players and other items for patients and guests. The carts are located in the Emergency Department, SurgiCare, 3 West, Imaging Services, 4 West and the Laboratory.
ATM machines are located off the A Avenue Lobby and cafeteria.
Located in the A Avenue lobby and open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Brewed Awakenings offers a variety of gourmet coffee, tea, sodas, blended drinks, baked goods and sandwiches.
Located off the cafeteria, the cyber lounge offers computers, printers and Internet access.
Located on the main level of the hospital, just off the B elevators.
Breakfast: 6:15 - 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 10:45 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 4:45 - 7 p.m.
Late Night: midnight - 1:30 a.m.
St. Luke's Floral and Gifts has two locations; the A Avenue lobby and the Helen G. Nassif Center for Women's and Children's Health lobby. Both gift shops offer a wide variety of unique gifts, magazines and cards. Order flowers and gifts online.

The Carl and Mary Koehler Healing Garden is located on the north side of the Helen G. Nassif Center for Women's and Children's Health and A Avenue. The garden is open to the public 24 hours a day.
Sometimes having a family member in the hospital requires you to be away from your home. St. Luke's understands this and has partnered with area hotels to offer reduced rates.
St. Luke's Health Science Library is open from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. The library offers health and medication information services for research and general use to staff, students, doctors and the public. Computers are also available for general use.
Please contact the Patient Relations office at 319/369-7710 to report a lost or found item. We will make every effort to locate a patient's lost property, however, we are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
U.S. Postal and FedEx mail dropboxes are located at the A Avenue entrance to the hospital.
The Cedar Rapids Gazette is offered free to our inpatients. A newspaper vending machine is also located in the A Avenue lobby alcove near the ATM.
Valet parking is available at the West Entrance from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., seven days a week. Valet service is also available at the Medical Office Plaza, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and at SurgiCare, Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
An outdoor wooden play center for children is located in the west yard of the Resource Center.
Stamps may be purchased at the A Avenue Gift Shop.
The A Avenue Gift Shop has prepaid phone cards available in $5, $10 and $20 denominations.
St. Luke's Massage Therapy offers massage services. Call 319/369-8161 to schedule an appointment.
St. Luke’s Chapel is open to the public 24 hours a day. For more information call 319/369-7347.
A prayer service is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30 a.m. in the Chapel. The service can also be viewed on TV Channel 8 and is approximately 10 minutes long.
Sunday Chapel Service is from 9:30 - 10 a.m. each week.
Wireless Internet service is available throughout the hospital. Look for Wireless Hotspots to indicate where the Internet can be accessed. Laptops are available for use on a limited basis by calling 319/369-7513.
Vending machines are located throughout the hospital in the cafeteria alcove, Basement B elevator foyer, SurgiCare and the lower level and second floor of the Center for Women's and Children's Health.
For patients with family and friends who aren’t able to visit the hospital, laptops with secure Web video chat capabilities are available. Please call 319/369-7999 for more information.
