Learn more about physician, specialist and mid-level opportunities available at St. Luke's Hospital and within Iowa Health System. We strive to make it easy to become part of our team.
For more than 125 years, St. Luke’s has served Eastern Iowa by providing compassionate, quality healthcare with one mission in mind: to give the healthcare we’d like our loved ones to receive. As a 532-bed, fully accredited facility, St. Luke’s also aims to meet the needs of the entire community, both urban and rural, with 18 off-campus locations throughout seven surrounding counties.
Our hard work and dedication to our mission has been recognized nationally by Thomson Reuters as a four-time winner of the Top 100 Hospital award, as well as a winner of a Top 100 Heart Hospital award. We are also proud to have been designated as a Magnet nursing facility. The American Nurses Credentialing Center bestows this honor only on those hospitals that have been proven to provide the very best in nursing care.
Awards and recognitions aside, our vision of providing quality healthcare is also evident in the technology we work towards so diligently. As the first hospital in the area to bring innovations such as intensive care, open heart surgery, and a Lifeguard Air Ambulance helicopter, we continue to set the standard. We are the state’s leader in robotic surgery and have been designated an Epicenter, one of just a few hospitals in the Midwest. Our birthcare center continues to provide the best possible care for the sickest babies in our Level II NICU- the only one in the area.
