St. Luke’s program planned to help people find joy

Life can get monotonous, stressful and even downright difficult at times, but regardless, joy should be a daily occurrence. Sadly, many individuals lack joy in their lives. St. Luke’s Hospital is hosting an upcoming program on October 27, 2009 called “Finding Your Joy Again.”

This program will help individuals learn how and where they can reclaim their joy - as well as why it’s important. Local speaker for this event is Karen McCaa, who brings boundless energy – and joy – into every room she enters!
