St. Luke’s program aims to help “Weekend Warriors”

Whether you’re tackling the quarterback in a casual game of football or tackling a home improvement project, you can end up paying the price – in aches, pains, pulled muscles or worse.

Anyone can benefit from learning simple steps to avoid pain and injury. St. Luke’s is hosting an upcoming event aimed at educating individuals about proper at-home treatment for minor discomforts – and how to decide if an injury requires additional medical attention.
