Living Well with a Chronic Condition
This workshop is appropriate for family, friends and caregivers who seek problem-solving skills related to successful living with a chronic disease. This six-week workshop provides tools that will help you:
· Manage symptoms, including pain and fatigue
· Make good nutrition and exercise choices
· Understand new treatment options
· Communicate effectively with your doctor and family about your health

Moving Well. Living Well.
This six-week, low impact exercise program focuses on improving balance, mobility, strength and endurance.  The program’s movements were developed to address the pain, fatigue and decreases in strength that often accompany chronic diseases and health concerns. While every person is unique, many people who participate in the program experience decreased pain, improved overall health, increased flexibility, increased energy, improved sleep and increased bone density.

Tobacco Cessation Services
Tobacco dependency is a chronic condition. St. Luke's provides counseling and behavioral support to help individuals wanting to quit tobacco. With so many medication options available, we will help you determine the treatment that is best for you. We offer group programs as well as one-on-one support. 

St. Luke's group program, Freedom From Smoking®, will help you overcome your tobacco addiction while having the support of others. This seven week class will teach you about medicines to help you quit smoking, lifestyle changes to make quitting easier, managing stress, avoiding weight gain, and developing a new self-image to stay smoke-free for good!

Dancing with Parkinson's                                                                                                                      

An innovative program designed especially for people living with Parkinson's disease. Discover the joy of dance in this alternative program designed to improve:

· Flexibility and balance
· Coordination and concentration
· Feelings of isolation and depression

No previous dance experience required! No partners required!

Weight Management Program

St. Luke's Weight Management Program focuses on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes to help you reach your target weight and live a healthier life.

This 12-week program includes:

Personalized meal planning
· One-on-one and small group exercise sessions
· Support group for long term encouragement
