Dancing with Parkinson's
An innovative program designed especially for people living with Parkinson's disease. Discover the joy of dance in this alternative program designed to improve flexibility and balance, coordination and concentration and feelings of isolation and depression.
Living Well with a Chronic Condition
This workshop is appropriate for anyone with an ongoing health condition. The Living Well with a Chronic Condition Workshop meets once a week for six-weeks to focus on issues important to you, such as fighting fatigue, being active, eating better, relaxing and manging emotions to reduce stress and anxiety.

Moving Well Exercise Program
This six-week, low impact exercise program focuses on improving balance, mobility, strength and endurance. The program’s movements were developed to address the pain, fatigue and decreases in strength that often accompany chronic diseases and health concerns.
Tobacco Cessation Services
Tobacco dependency is a chronic condition. St. Luke's provides counseling and behavioral support to help individuals quit tobacco. With so many options available, we will help you determine the cessation plan that is best for you. We offer group programs as well as one-on-one support.
Stress Management Workshop
This small-group workshop, led by a liscensed therapist, will help you take control of the stress in your life and improve your health. During this workshop you will learn how stress impacts your health, to better identify stressors in your life and techniques to control stress. Weight Management Program
St. Luke's Weight Management Program focuses on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes to help you reach your target weight and live a healthier life. This 12-week program includes personalized meal planning, one-on-one and group support and a maintenance program for long-term success.
