No matter how dedicated we are to providing the highest level of healthcare, we understand that issues may arise that require research, mediation and clarification.

St. Luke's Patient Relations department was created as a means of providing our visitors - and staff - solutions to hospital-related problems and resolving complaints.

Led by Joan Berends, Patient Relations is a resource dedicated to patient advocacy.

Our Patient Relations team acts as a liaison between patients, staff and the hospital. Patient Relations supports our philosophy of family-centered care by educating associates, staff volunteers and community members on what that involves.
