St. Luke's Weight Management Program focuses on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes. This 12-week program includes individual sessions with a dietitian, lifestyle counselor and exercise specialist, weekly weigh-ins and group education sessions led by an expert in weight management and weekly group exercise sessons.
Nutrition
Meet one-on-one with a dietitain certified in weight management at the beginning, middle and end of the program. Together you will look at your eating habits, create a realistic food plan and set weight loss goals.
Exercise
Our certifed exercise specialist will complete an initial fitness assessment and create a personalized fitness plan based on your needs and abilities. You fitness level will be reassessed at the end of the program to measure your progress.
Lifestyle
Lifestyle changes are essential to long-term, successful weight management. Our licensed professional will meet with you at the beginning, middle and end of the program to discuss triggers to eating, overcome challenges and work towards your goals.
Support Our Success!
When the 12-week Weight Management Program ends, we will continue to support you with our long-term support group called Support Our Success!. This group provides motivation and encouragement to help you maintain your target weight and healthy behaviors.
