Features to help you have a happy birth day include:
- Nourishment center and in-suite refrigerator – mothers (and partners!) need to stay energized during labor and after delivery. Stock your fridge with the drinks and food you like. Or take advantage of our Nourishment Center where meals, snacks and beverages are available round the clock.
- Whirlpool tubs – many women find that being in water can help make labor easier. If you choose, your whirlpool tub can be an effective comfort technique.
- Room enough for two – after delivery, your room will be transformed to include a queen-size bed so that your support person can stay with you.
- Media players – listening to your favorite song or watching a movie can be a terrific distraction during labor. Your suite will come equipped with TV, CD and DVD players so that you can set the scene for baby's arrival.
- Wireless access and Web cams – your loved ones are waiting eagerly to hear the news that baby has arrived. E-mail the first announcement right from your room, or even better, use our web cam to introduce everyone to your little one.
