Classes & Support Groups

St. Luke's has classes and support groups for the entire family at whatever life stage you’re in - whether you're looking to start a family, are expecting, or have already brought your baby home from the hospital. Not sure when to take each class? Use this chart to figure out when during your pregnancy you should take each class. 

All classes are FREE and are held in the lower level classrooms of the Helen G. Nassif Center for Women's & Children's Health unless otherwise noted.
