St. Luke's Mind-Body Medicine Class helps individuals focus on their strengths, experiment with their abilities and enhance their sense of control. This class is appropriate for anyone going through a difficult time, whether physically or emotionally. Our goal is to help you be well.
Living with a chronic condition, such as arthritis, heart disease, cancer or any others, can make living life difficult for a person and their caregiver. Pilates is a safe, sensible mind-body exercise system that is appropriate for people of all ages and conditions, including cancer survivors. Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain.
