Free long-term, reversible birth control is available to women whose insurance doesn't cover long-term birth control or to women who don't have health insurance.
The Iowa Family Planning Network, a program from St. Luke's Family Health Center and the Iowa Department of Human Services, gives free birth control services and supplies to those whose gross income before taxes is less than 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines (see chart below).
